- HOURLY AND ONLINE TESTING

- PCI is a certified distributor of valid and legally defensible assessments that predict the success of employees at the entry (hourly, sales, retail, production) and supervisory levels. Through relationships with established test publishers, PCI is able to offer its clients valid and predictive paper and pencil and online testing. Detailed information on the validity and effectiveness of the online testing provider assessments are available upon request, however all instruments used by PCI have long histories of predicting top performance, reducing turnover and avoiding litigation.
PCI recommended tests can be delivered in a variety of ways:
- Onsite at your location in Paper and Pencil format with reusable booklets. PCI will train your administrative staff to proctor tests and score online. Results are always immediately available.
- Online on the World Wide Web. Candidates can be directed to a testing Web site (or your company Web Site) and take a short un-proctored assessment that gives you the data you need to decide if you would want to interview that candidate or put him or her through additional assessment. Feedback is immediate in this scenario.
- Online at your office or at a proctored site. Candidates can be given more in-depth testing online where the only requirement would be to have one of your staff (or designee) confirm the identity of the candidate. Results are immediate and can be used to guide your interviews (Online Interview Guides are available as well) without requiring the candidate to return to your office. In addition, the results can be used for individual and group developmental planning.
